With their coquettish video, Police Minister Bheki Cele and an anonymous woman have sparked a social media frenzy.
The 71-year-old ANC member, who is married to his wife of 13 years, Thembeka Ngcobo, was seen embracing a stunning woman who made it obvious that she “wants him.”
The lady can be seen in the 35-second video wrapping her arm around the minister before his hat falls to the ground. She then lifts it up, places it on his head, and hugs him from behind, saying, “I want this man.”
Cele pulls away hastily and cries, “no, no, no.” He then puts his arm around her shoulder as she giggles and massages his potbelly.
“I want this man. Look at his potbelly, [this is] a potbelly of wealth,” she says as Cele gently taps her hand, incindicating for her to stop rubbing his stomach.
They then chuckle as they pose side by side, the politician’s arm over the woman’s shoulder, and she clutching his hand.
When Cele jokes, “Where do they find people like you?” The lady informs him, “You said we should meet here.”
In June this year, a photo of the police minister posing with a group of young ladies circulated on X (formerly Twitter).
The picture caused a stir as netizens wondered why Cele placed his right hand in his pocket. While there are various reasons behind the pose, social media users believe that it has sexual undertones.
Cele also made headlines in December after a photo of him with two scantily dressed ladies went viral on social media.
The politician and the ladies, who were dressed in orange crop tops, underwear, and fishnet stockings, were photographed at Cape Town’s Coco nightclub.
When Cele learned of the photograph, he vowed to sue when controversial and murder-accused blogger Musa Khawula claimed one of the ladies in the photograph was the minister’s daughter.
