Big Zulu, a well-known South African rapper, has finally addressed a long-running social media joke about his s.e.xuality.
This comes when prominent X influencer @AdvoBarryRoux took to Instagram to repost wedding photos of the Inkabi Records CEO’ lookalike.
The images of the alleged gay couple went viral last year with Big Zulu’s name topping the trends list. At the time, trolls alleged that the hip-hop artist had gotten married to his high school sweetheart. This time, when the images resurfaced, Big Zulu slammed the claims, telling the troll that they are humiliating, defaming, and disrespectful.
Big Zulu responds:
“This is defamatory to my name (or character). Please respect me because I am where I am today because of respect. I’m a grown man who is raising children, and seeing this rubbish you posted would not sit well with them. I have a family that I ask you to respect; even if you don’t respect me that’s not a problem.”
Muntu wabantu lento ehlambalaza igama lam Ay Ngicela ungihloniphe ngoba ngila ngikhona ngenxa yenhlonipho ngikhulile ngiyindoda ngine ngane engikhulisayo ezingeke zaphatheka kahle zibona lododi owufake la Ngino mndeni engicela uwuhloniphe noma ungasahloniphanga mina akuna nkinga
Big Zulu finally responded to Nota
Recently Big Zulu finally responded to Nota Baloyi’s claims that he campaigned for the Democratic Alliance ahead of the general elections.
Days after Nota Baloyi called Big Zulu a sell-out and claimed he campaigned for the DA, the Inkabi Zezwe member had something to say. This after the rapper performed at one of the party’s rallies, where Nota claimed Big Zulu voted for the enemy.
Instead of addressing the claims, Big Zulu dragged the music executive, saying whoever cursed him died a long time ago and left him to terrorise everyone else: “Ay futh umuntu owaloya wena washona kudala Ay usele la ehlupha thina,” he said
Like Cassper Nyovest and Babes Wodumo, Big Zulu was booked by the DA and several other parties to perform at their rallies, but Nota didn’t think so.
