SKEEM Buhle Maseko, a Saam actor, believes in having multiple sources of income.
He now sells houses in addition to being an actor and DJ.
The 31-year-old from Birch Acres in Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni, who plays Nimrod Magongwa on the SABC1 show, admitted that times have changed and that things are expensive.
He told the Daily Sun that he is content with his new career as a candidate property practitioner. “I wanted to show the world how important it is to create other projects that can bring in different types of income.”
“I was raised on Tembisa’s streets, so I know how to live like a hustler.” My most recent move has been into real estate as a candidate property practitioner with Kago M. “I’ve always been interested in real estate,” he explained.
Buhle stated that the goal is to get into investment real estate.
“My interest in it began in high school, when I would watch a lot of motivational videos from successful people.” Many of them work in real estate, which piqued my interest.
“At the age of 22, I purchased my first property but lacked the necessary knowledge on how to purchase an investment property.” So, the mistakes I made back then motivated me to learn more before expanding my property portfolio,” said Buhle.
He wants to be able to advise first-time home buyers on how to make good property investments.
“People will undoubtedly see me on other TV shows or programmes.” “I’m not done with the entertainment business,” he stated.
He stated that he still has many surprises in store for him.
“What I saw as critical was the need to create other income streams, especially in such a volatile industry as entertainment.” The business taught me to go all in.
“I also enjoy my DJ work, and people can hire me as an amapiano DJ.” There’s also music on the way in which I’ll be working with talented unknown artists to help them break into the industry,” said Buhle.
