Job Opportunities: Professional Drivers and Driver Conductors

Buscor is hiring for key roles at its Nelspruit and White River depots. These positions are essential to ensuring smooth operations and an excellent commuting experience for thousands of passengers daily.

Professional Drivers: Responsible for operating heavy-duty buses safely, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

Minimum Requirements

To uphold Buscor’s commitment to excellence, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education: Minimum of Grade 10.
Driver’s License: Valid EC or EC104 license, with a Code 14 license at least three years old.
Professional Driving Permit (PrDP): Valid Public PrDP required.
Experience: 3–4 years of experience driving heavy-duty vehicles.
Certification: Professional drivers must hold an NCPD (National Certificate for Professional Driving).
Language: Ability to read and write in English.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for positive passenger and team interactions.

Criminal Record: Must have a clean criminal record.
References: Provide traceable references with contact details.
Medical Fitness: Must be medically fit to perform professional driving duties.
