Gogo Maweni donated groceries, clothes and school shoes to the less privileged from the Siyamthanda organisation in Richards Bay. She also spent a day bonding with the children.
More than 32 pairs of school shoes were supplied, as well as other necessities to the youngsters. Since their release, the videos of the donations have received thousands of reactions and comments.
Gogo Maweni was praised for giving back to the community and remembering those in need.
