Let’s get real for a moment. I have encouraged people all my life and my trust in God is unshakable. It is hard to encourage yourself,” she began, highlighting the emotional toll of her battle.

Her candid admission of fatigue, both physically and emotionally, struck a chord. She revealed, “There are days when you just want to say I am tired! Days when you don’t even want to take your medication!” These words reflect a vulnerability that often goes unspoken in the face of serious illness. The singer and presenter did not shy away from expressing her frustrations, stating that even messages of encouragement from loved ones occasionally became overwhelming, saying “just irritate you.”
Despite the hardships, Mbokazi-Nkambule did not neglect the importance of seeking support. She wisely urged those in similar situations to reach out for help: “Thank God for professional and spiritual help. Please, if you experience the above, seek help. It is okay to be not okay!
