About the Role
As a Finance Intern at Sun King, you will support key financial operations related to inverter sales, customer payments, and process tracking. Collaborating with sales, finance, and other internal teams, you will ensure seamless operations and precise financial management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and adept at tackling operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Payment Allocation
- Allocate customer payments using the Kazi Plan system.
- Respond to payment-related inquiries across multiple communication channels.
DebiCheck Onboarding
- Support customer onboarding for the DebiCheck bank payment collection platform.
- Ensure accurate capture of all required documentation and information.
Inverter Sales Tracking
- Maintain and update the inverter sales tracker.
- Address customer and internal queries related to inverter sales.
Agent Incentives
- Process weekly and monthly agent incentive payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate disbursement with proper record-keeping.
Month-End Activities
- Assist with various month-end financial closing tasks.
Administrative Duties
- Support applications and documentation processing.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system.
Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer and financial data with confidentiality.
