Kairo Forbes opens her R18k gift.

Kairo, the popular eight-year-old daughter of died rapper AKA – real name Kiernan Jarryd Forbes – was shown receiving a smartphone in an Instagram video released on September 11.

Kairo Forbes was left speechless after seeing her present. The bubbly girl was gifted a luxurious Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 that cost a whopping R18 000. After watching Kairo in the video, unwrap her gift, social media users said that her reaction was just absolutely “priceless”.

This is because, when Kairo saw her phone for the first time, her eyes were almost bulging out of her face as she jumped up and down in excitement. Her grandmother from her father’s side, Lynn, got to witness the sweet reaction first-hand as she was in the room with Kairo when she unwrapped her present.

Despite losing her father this year, Kairo’s year has been packed with life-changing experiences. She not only collaborated with Nedbank on their Chow Town campaign, but she also landed her first TV commercial with the company.

Fans have recently raised their worry that Kairo was supposedly being utilized for social media likes in large numbers. Following her performance at the 947 Joburg Day, controversial artist Ntsiki Mazwai has chosen to call out AKA’s baby mom, DJ Zinhle Jiyane, for allegedly exploiting her daughter, according to The Citizen.
