On Saturday, July 1, the Greyville Racecourse in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, hosted the annual Hollywoodbets Durban July.
While the ground was still muddy following the floods and tornado, the sun shone brightly, and so did our local celebrities.
The event is a legendary display of sport, fashion, and entertainment. Fashion is an important aspect of the event and a big draw for many people, which is why the fashion stakes are always high.
The theme this year was “Out of This World,” and some of our biggest performers put their best foot forward. Former The Wife star Khumbulani “Kay” Sibiya and his companion Judie Kama, who won best combo at the sports, entertainment, and fashion event, are among them.
Kay and Judie looked like they were straight out of a movie in their matching grey suits and glasses.

Oh and by the way we won the best dressed duo.”
At the Durban July, it was all about fashion, with actress Jessica Nkosi turning heads to win the best dressed female award.
The former Isibaya actress understood the “Out Of This World” theme as well, as she arrived in a dazzling white gown with purple beads, earning her the prize for best dressed female.
