‘Stop asking me for money,’ says Lamiez Holworthy to fans.
Lamiez allegedly commented on Instagram, “I work really hard and have problems, bills, and responsibilities with no one to run to for pity.”
Lamiez Holworthy, a South African musician, appears to have lambasted people on the internet who ask her for money. The radio host allegedly raged on Instagram Stories about being approached for money by strangers who expect iPhones, hospital bills, and parties. She also mentioned that she doesn’t much enjoy her job and simply goes because she has duties.
Her tweet drew varied reactions from social media users, who either sympathized with her or warned her to quit flaunting herself on social media.
Lamiez Holworthy, a media personality and radio DJ, went online to complain about being approached for money by strangers.
The DJ apparently lambasted those who expect her to pay for things like private hospital bills, iPhones, and parties on her Instagram page.
She also mentioned how she suffers from migraines but works every day for her children.
“Please stop requesting money from me. I, too, work really hard and have issues, debts, and responsibilities with no one to turn to for help.
Even worse when you beg for iPhones, parties, and money to give birth in a private hospital,” she stated in the post.
While some understood where she was coming from, others told her to stop sharing her flashy lifestyle online.
“Wearing expensive clothes also doesn’t mean you have money. We sacrifice a lot to look good. People need to learn to live within their means and stop expecting freebies.”
“This is so unnecessary if you are stingy you are stingy ma’am.”
She’s right. Some people just want it easy in life, and most times feel so entitled to other people’s success, they must also work hard to live the life they desire
Even if she has money that doesn’t mean people have a right to ask for it especially for petty things like giving birth at a private hospital haibo
But that’s exactly what she’s saying here! People must stop asking her for money because she also doesn’t have it, read that properly.
