DJ Maphorisa, real name Themba Sonnyboy Sekowe, is furious after allegations that he has sexual relations with his male artists.
Ex-convict Bongani Joshua Tsime made the damning allegations on YouTube’s Against The Wall Podcast with SkeemGP.
Tsime claimed during his interview that Mnike, who owns BlaqBoy Music, offers him record deals in exchange for sex.
“DJ Maphorisa is secretly sleeping with other men, the likes of Daliwonga. I’m not making this up, they also know it, “
The allegations rapidly spread on the social media platform X, prompting Maphorisa to respond and promise to teach Tsime a lesson.
“I’m gonna show u how I deal with these kind of issues. I will make him pay [sic]” he wrote.
While Maphorisa has had a lot of success this year, he has also been the subject of abuse allegations.
In May of this year, the Ba Straata producer was arrested for allegedly assaulting his actress ex-girlfriend Thuli Phongolo at her Sandton home.
He was granted R4 000 bail after his first court appearance following his arrest. A withdrawal statement was also filed by the former Generations: The Legacy. However, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) decided to pursue the case further.
