The late has worked with many people in the industry. His widow Babes Wodumo shared a picture of actress and television presenter Pearl Thusi visiting his grave.
The visit alone shows that his memory will always live on. It was a small gesture that has Babes being very appreciative of Pearl.
Recently, Gqom’ queen Babes Wodumo – real name Bongekile Simelane – has seemingly hit back at claims she is fighting for her life.
Taking to her Instagram on Thursday, 13 July, the reality TV star posted a video of her seated in a car as she ang along to the beat she was playing.
In the clip, Babes Wodumo bursts into song, seemingly taking jabs at all the unwanted publicity she gets.
However, Babes’ sister and manager Nondumiso Simelane says that she is in good health. She said the star missed the Durban events because she had been peforming outside of the country.
“[Babes Wodumo] is in great health. Maybe her silence on social media is why they are assuming she is not well. She is currently busy with two albums, her own and Mampintshas,” Nondumiso said.
