Shebeshxt’s lawyer and family spokesperson, Lot Ramusi, addressed the media to provide an update on the star’s condition and offer more details about the fatal accident. The incident took place on the R37 road close to Smelters Mine outside Polokwane, not a long distance away.m Chuene.
It is reported that the Limpopo star was on his way from Polokwane to Lebowakgomo to drop off his daughter and her mother before heading to the ANC’s Siyabonga rally, where he was scheduled to perform.
However, he didn’t make it after reportedly crashing into a truck. This marks the star’s second deadly accident in under six months. Earlier this year, he survived a close call near Polokwane in January. Shebeshxt’s attorney claims that the authorities have filed a case against the truck driver in the accident with Shebeshxt.
He revealed the news in a now-viral clip. Since it was posted on the internet, the video has undoubtedly gained thousands of comments and reactions. However, the police are yet to give a detailed update on Shebeshxt’s accident.
The lawyer minimized reports of the star having his leg amputated post-accident. Speculation arose following confirmation by the rapper’s mother of a broken leg, along with disclosed abdominal and head injuries.
Speaking to The South African recently, Shebeshxt’s attorney clarified that he has not lost his leg or foot, contrary to what tabloids claimed. According to Sunday World, Shebeshxt underwent a series of surgeries after the tragic accident that took his daughter’s life.
Despite the star facing criticism for speeding and reckless driving, some prophets had warned him about threats to his life. Earlier this year, the rapper received a caution from a well-known sangoma, Mkhulu Qheba.
It was mentioned that the sangoma had a vision of a woman attempting to harm the rapper by putting muti in his food during a performance in Vaal. Despite this warning, another self-proclaimed “prophet” encouraged fans to offer prayers for the star’s safety. This prophet indicated that individuals were seeking harm upon the star due to a forthcoming deal.
Nevertheless, contrary to the prophecies, Shebeshxt publicly acknowledged the threats against him. Following his initial accident, he took to social media stating, “They have hired individuals to end my life. Please keep me in your prayers.”
