‘Skeem Saam’: Kwaito and Lizzy will begin dating in August, following the conclusion of their love triangle storyline with Glenda in 2021.
After a two-year break, Skeem Saam’s fan favorites Kwaito Seakamela and Lizzy Thobakgale will rekindle their relationship.
According to the TVSA Skeem Saam August teasers, Kwaito’s mother, Mantuli, and Lizzy’s mother, Jacobeth, will oppose their relationship.
Friday, August 4: “Two former lovers can’t stop thinking about each other.”
Monday, August 14: “Kwaito bares his heart to Lizzy, leaving her shocked.”
Mantuli will see his relationship with Lizzy as a threat because her son is currently constructing a house for her and he intends to spend money on his girlfriend.
Wednesday, 30 August teaser: “MaNtuli exposes Kwaito in front of his bae.”
The teasers also reveal that Lizzy’s mother, Jacobeth has never approved of Kwaito and feels that she can do better than Kwaito.
Thursday, 10 August: “Jacobeth is not too chuffed about the lunch date her daughter recently had.”
Kwaito and Lizzy’s relationship ended in 2021 when he dated both her and Glenda in the SABC1 soapie Skeem Saam at the same time.
When the women in his life asked him to choose between them, he was also undecided.
This will all change in August, as teasers indicate that he will be protective of Lizzy, defending her and choosing her when friends and family try to sabotage their relationship.
