Fans of Skeem Saam will be heartbroken when outstanding actor Hungani Ndlovu says goodbye to his character, Tbose Maputla.
Tbose will surprise his family with a decision he makes about his son, Pitsi, according to the TVSA Skeem Saam October teasers.
According to the September teasers, former Scandal! actor Hungani Ndlovu, who got to the soapie as the second Tbose Maputla, may return on Thursday, September 28.
Since he ‘left’ the series on July 28, viewers have been wondering when actor Hungani Ndlovu will return.
After the SABC1 soap opera Skeem Saam gained over 5 million viewers in July, audiences complimented Ndlovu for his performance.
Skeem Saam, an educational soapie, mentioned in July on their Twitter account that actor Hungani Ndlovu, who joined the cast of characters in season 12, has not left the show.
After Ndlovu’s character travelled to Cape Town, his brother, Leeto Maputla , flew to Johannesburg
Viewers of the serial opera were also confused if the popular character had returned to Singapore or had relocated to Cape Town for business.
At this point, it is unknown whether the actor is departing the SABC1 soapie permanently or taking a break when the first Tbose (Cornet Mamabolo) left the show in 2021.
