Thabo crowned as Winner of Idols SA’s 2023.This is the fourth time that a Mpumalanga-based contestant has won the Idols SA competition.
Thabo Ndlovu (26) from eMalahleni is the winner of Idols SA Season 19. The results were announced live on Mzansi Magic (DStv channel 161) and Mzansi Wethu (DStv channel 163) on Saturday November 4.
There you have it Mzansi. It’s been an iconic and very long journey and now Thabo comes out as the very last South African Idol! 🤩💙🔥
Ndlovu and Princess McDonald (24), both representing Mpumalanga, were the last two standing.
They got to debut their original studio singles on the October 28 episode. Ndlovu’s single was “iSlungu” and McDonald’s was “You know I do” on October 28.
The nineteenth and final season of South African Idols premiered on 8 July 2023 on the Mzansi Magic and Mzansi Wethu television networks, under the themes “iLast Number” and “The Farewell Season”.
